Interesting sites

I've been using the web for a long time - during that time I've built up a fairly varied collection of bookmarked sites, since I felt like sharing the wealth I thought created this page. What you have below are a variety of links off to other websites, which have been consistently good enough to make it into my list of permenant bookmarks.

Mostly these links are here because I have found them useful at various points so it stands to reason you may too, also there is the thing about this being quite an easy page to write which should given even the most bored of visitors something relevant to keep their attention.

Industry Bodies

W3C :: Home of the World Wide Web Consortium, or W3C for short. They act as the governing body over the technical implementation of standards on the web, they are the people whom helped to created the standards for things like HTML, as well as developing newer technologies such as XML, P3P or XHTML to name but a few.
